How much does the service cost?
You can choose our free subscription plan to use our service for free or pay a monthly £6.99 or yearly £84 subscription for unlimited access to our Veterinary Team.
Can I change my plan later?
Of course. To change your plan : 1) Login to your PetGP account at https://pet-gp.co.uk/ 2) On the left hand side of the screen. Click on ''Account'', then click on "Subscriptions" option. 3) You will see 3 boxes: Free Plan and Premium Plans. 4) Click on the plan you want to change and "Update"
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that things change. You can cancel your plan at any time. When you subscribe, you pay a monthly fee in advance. So if you subscribe on 4 February, the services will last until 3 March.
When can I call to speak to PetGP?
You can call PetGP at any time of day 24/7, 365 days a year. Our qualified vet nurses are available to answer any queries or concerns you have.
Can I chat with a real Vet Nurse?
Yes, you can chat live with a real Vet Nurse online for pet health advice from the comfort of your home. The chat is similar online messaging systems and allows you to communicate with a Vet Nurse about your pet health issues 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
What if my vet has already provided a diagnosis?
If you are already seeing a vet about a particular issue, we are only allowed to give a second opinion. If you call us under these circumstances, we will assume that you are only looking for a second opinion.

PetGP veterinary service is available 24 hours a day, 7days a week, 365 days a year.
Every one of our nurses is registered with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS), all with at least three years of experience, and they’re committed to continuous professional development. Between them, they also have a wide range of expertise and experience including specialist hospital work, emergency critical care, surgical qualifications, behavioural knowledge and other useful skills
